Service Provider

Ainpark Parking Genève, a parking facility located approximately 5 minutes from Geneva Airport, offering free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Nature of the Service

  • Parking reservations available for short-term or long-term durations.
  • Reservation includes use of the free shuttle.
  • The service allows you to drop off and pick up your vehicle during the arrival and departure times you specify in your booking.

Location & Access

  • The physical address and access directions are provided on our website during booking.
  • Clear entrance and exit instructions, opening hours, and any restrictions on vehicle size or type will be specified.

Prices and Payment

  • Prices are inclusive of all taxes and include the free shuttle service.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Geneva Airport Ainpark Parking Genève offers flexible payment methods to suit your needs, with free cancellation available in certain cases:

1. Online Payment (10% discount)

  • Get a 10% discount by paying in advance online with your credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
  • Your booking will be confirmed immediately after successful payment.
  • You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before your arrival, except for the 5% service fee, which is non-refundable in all cases.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before arrival, a fee equivalent to 10% of the total amount will apply (5% service fee included).

2. Payment on Arrival

  • You can choose to pay in cash or by card upon arrival at our reception desk at the airport.
  • Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before arrival (applicable only to non-prepaid bookings).

Price & Charges

  • Prices shown during booking include all applicable taxes and shuttle service.
  • If you overstay beyond your reserved time, additional fees will apply per the rates displayed.
  • Accepted payment methods will be made clear before you confirm your booking.

Information You Must Provide

You must provide accurate information such as full name, contact details, vehicle licence plate, vehicle type, and expected arrival and departure times.

Modification & Cancellation

  • You may modify or cancel the reservation within the timeframe specified during booking.
  • Some offers or promotional periods may not allow cancellations or modifications.
  • If cancellation is made after the deadline, refunds may not be possible.

Your Rights & Risks

  • You will receive the identity, address, and contact information of Ainpark Parking Genève for inquiries or complaints.
  • Information about consumer mediation or complaint bodies in case of disputes.
  • Be aware of any limitations or special conditions under which the service may end early or your right to withdraw.

Important Timeframes

  • Booking start: date & time when parking begins.
  • Booking end: date & time when you plan to leave.
  • The electronic confirmation of your reservation acts as the contract between you and Ainpark Parking Genève.
