Definitions

• Parking service located just 5 minutes from Geneva Airport.
• Platform: The website www.ainpark.fr used for booking.
• User: Any person making a reservation via the Platform.
• Service: Provision of a parking space (short or long term) including free shuttle service to/from the airport.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Platform, the User fully agrees to these terms. Any misuse may result in cancellation of the booking.

Booking

• The User selects arrival and departure times, as well as the parking type (short or long term).
• A confirmation email is sent once payment is completed.
• All information provided (license plate, contact details) must be accurate.

Access and Use of Parking

• The User must arrive on time to benefit from the free shuttle to the airport.
• Vehicles must be parked only in the designated space.
• Maintenance or cleaning activities are prohibited inside the car park.
• The User is responsible for locking and securing the vehicle.

Prices and Payment

• Prices are inclusive of all taxes and include the free shuttle service.
• Payment is required at the time of booking.
• Geneva Airport Ainpark Parking Genève offers flexible payment methods to suit your needs, with free cancellation available in certain cases:

Modification and Cancellation

• Bookings can be modified or canceled within the timeframe indicated in the confirmation.
• Some promotional offers may be non-cancellable or non-modifiable.
• Late cancellations are non-refundable.

Liability

• Ainpark Parking Genève provides secure parking with free shuttle service but cannot be held liable for delays caused by traffic or external events.
• Ainpark Parking Genève is not responsible for theft or damage to the vehicle unless proven negligent.
• Ainpark Parking Genève’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
• A “Photo” condition report of the Vehicle may be established at the time of drop-off, at the client’s express request and for a supplement of fifteen (15) euros.
• The request must be made in writing, either via the online booking form, by SMS in the case of a telephone or partner booking, or directly on-site at the time of drop-off.
• The “Photo” condition report must be carried out during daylight hours, on a dry and clean vehicle.
• In the event of an issue during the performance of the services, Ainpark will cover damage caused to the vehicle’s bodywork, up to the amount paid for the parking service, and only in the following cumulative cases: a contradictory condition report has been established and signed by the client at drop-off; the vehicle keys were entrusted to Ainpark for the entire duration of the service; and the damage is contradictorily noted upon vehicle collection, within the Ainpark car park premises.
• In the absence of a contradictory condition report signed by the client at drop-off, Ainpark cannot under any circumstances be held liable for the condition of the vehicle noted upon return.
• Ainpark declines all liability in the event of a claim linked to force majeure.
• Ainpark declines all liability in the event of a vehicle breakdown, whatever its cause, as well as in the event of broken glass.
• Ainpark declines all liability regarding luggage and personal belongings left in the vehicle during the parking period and/or during transfers (outbound and return).
• Ainpark reserves the right to start the vehicle using jump leads or a booster in the event of a discharged battery, and may, if necessary, move the vehicle within the car park.
• Ainpark is not liable for breakdowns and damage affecting the vehicles entrusted to it, nor for their consequences, particularly when they result from a lack of maintenance, an electronic or mechanical malfunction, wear of the vehicle’s parts and components, or insufficient oil, fuel, or water.
• The client must report, prior to drop-off, any technical issue, malfunction, or specific feature of the vehicle (for example: faulty electric window, damaged handle, start with code, etc.). Failing such a report, Ainpark cannot be held liable for the consequences of these undeclared elements.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond control (weather, strikes, technical issues), services may be suspended without compensation.

Personal Data

User data is collected only for booking management. The User has the right to access, correct, or delete personal data according to applicable laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be referred to the competent courts where Ainpark Parking Genève is registered.
